2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• FedEx International Express: We offer a single shipping option of $49 for FedEx International Express. Delivery times vary based on the destination, but typically range from 3-7 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $49 for FedEx International Express. Promotions and discounts on shipping may be available from time to time at the discretion of the company.
4. Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with tracking information. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at Alex@Prostoys.com.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
• Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, you must report the damage on the same calendar day as delivery. Please include photographic evidence of the damage and contact our customer service team at Alex@Prostoys.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
• Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at Alex@Prostoys.com. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your package.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Prostoys is not responsible for any customs-related charges.
