1. No Returns and No Refunds

All orders are shipped with tracking information to ensure secure delivery. Customers will receive tracking details via email once their order has been dispatched.
4. Reporting Damaged Orders
In the unlikely event that an order arrives damaged, the customer must report the damage on the same calendar day as delivery. Reports should include photographic evidence of the damaged product and be submitted to our customer service team via email at Alex@Prostoys.com.
5. Personal Nature of Products
Given the intimate nature of our products, we adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards. Therefore, all sales are final, and no returns will be accepted.
